I understood that food vibrates and that we merge with it. Chosen wisely, it nourishes our coherence and illuminates our lives. Chosen poorly, it brings disorder to our bodies and dims our energy.
My vision is simple: to awaken our dormant or wounded consciousness through pure, wholesome, generous nourishment. The purest ingredients — phycocyanin, ancestral Criollo cacao, saffron, rare honeys — should become accessible, desirable, joyful. Not austere. Not clinical. Alive.
