In 2020, I left Paris and the world of high-end hospitality and yoga to follow my intuition: I opened The Yogics Superbar, a raw vegan juice bar nestled in the heart of the Cathar Country.
The space quickly evolved into a vibrant boutique dedicated to superfoods, natural date-based pastries, and exceptional fruits.
Passionate about health, flavor, and conscious eating, I’ve developed plant-based creations in my workshop — from refined sugar-free chocolate bars to nourishing fruit-based snacks — that delight everyone who tastes them.
Today, I share this vision through wellness retreats that blend plant-based cuisine, yoga, and personal growth — as well as through my work as a private chef for bespoke events.
What truly drives me is sourcing rare, vibrant products from passionate and committed producers. I now bring this expertise to both individuals and professionals seeking quality, meaning, and vitality.
