Virgile Escalant left Paris in 2020, where he worked in luxury hospitality and as an artist, to open a raw vegan juice bar in the Cathar Country called “The Yogics Superbar”. It subsequently became a vegan shop dedicated to superfoods, natural pastries made with dates, and high-quality fruits. H is passion for raw cacao and superfoods led him to create in his Workshop chocolate bars and nutritious snacks like energy balls, replacing refined sugar with dates or fruits, which delights his customers!

He also shares his culinary vision and creations during Healthy retreats, where healthy cooking, yoga, and personal development come together. As a private chef, he takes great pleasure in sharing his knowledge with groups during his events!
